Bhaktivaibhava Swami

Gunnar Reimann was born in 28 march 1951 in Hamburg, Germany. In the 1970 he meets his spiritual master, HDG AC Bhaktivedanata Swami Prabhupada.

A year later he receives initiation from him into Gaudia Vaisnava Sampradaya and gets the name Avinas Candra dasa. In 1987 he becomes an initiating Guru of ISKCON-International Society For Krishna Consciousness.

4 years later, he takes to renounced order of life, sannyas, and becomes known as A.C. Bhaktivaibhava Swami. He then starts to travel extensively all over the world, lecturing on the subject of Vedas and Vedic scriptures.

He directs his debut documentary Mother Ganga in 2003. It is shown all over the word and subtitled in 17 languages.

In 2010 he directs his second documentary Lost Village, which enjoyed the same worldwide exposure.

For the past couple of yeas Dasa A.C. Bhaktivaibhava Swami has been traveling in Mongolia where he is establishing the vedic culture, leading the project of building a first vaisnava temple in that region.
